Established in the year 1996 as Pulse Voice Inc., the North American telecommunications software development company specialized in telephony software solutions and related
services for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, voice response units (VRU), turnkey switching platforms, automatic call distribution (ACD) software, conferencing
services, audio-text systems, and many other turnkey or customized automated applications. The main product line also included Calling Card Platform, Auto-dialer, Call Centre
Solutions and telecommunications consulting services. Pulse's uncompromising quality management system earned them the prestigious ISO 9001:2000 certification in the year 2008.
Pulse Voice Inc. was acquired by the Canadian giant Enghouse Systems Limited, in the year 2009, under its subsidiary Syntellect, a leading global provider of switch independent
contact centre solutions. With Syntellect's vast deployment knowledge of more than 1,250,000 IVR ports and 1,000,000 contact centre agents worldwide, Pulse Voice became better
equipped to provide the level of service, support and solutions that Syntellect has been known for over a quarter century.
