| Level of Support |
In general, our support to Customers fully covers Applications / Solutions developed & installed by us. Issues in associated hardware like Switches, Database Servers and Client Workstations are to be resolved by concerned manufacturer/supplier. While our response time for any complaint lodged is extremely quick – within 1 hour in real terms - , actual resolution of the fault will be accorded top priority.
Support Plans for individual customers / Installations are unique and are on mutually agreed terms arrived during the business discussions. Our response times & scope of
support for specific types of complaints are detailed in the relevant Terms & Conditions in SLA.
